Job Requirements
- At least one year of serving experience in a full service restaurant
- Ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests
- Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Reliable and punctual
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Customer service oriented with a hospitable attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and ingredients
- Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and with attention to presentation
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process guest payments accurately and thank them for their patronage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and server stations
