Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements (18+

Job Qualifications
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of food service practices and menu components
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high volume environments
- Basic math skills for order entry and payment handling
- Completion of required stadium training modules

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event driven schedules
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on offerings and guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation, temperature, and quality standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs
- Address concerns or escalate issues to supervisors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of service areas including stocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Follow all food safety, allergen awareness, and alcohol compliance procedures
- Collaborate with runners, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow
