Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred fine dining experience in a high-volume casino steakhouse
- Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and basic food knowledge preferred
- Six months prior work experience preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming and racing license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and talking
- Must maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
- Must adhere to standard operating procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Six months prior work experience preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take orders from patrons and return orders in a timely manner
- Ensure dining area is clean and orderly at all times
- Perform responsible alcohol service and pass any required training
- Manage guest banking for dining room checks
- Clean and polish tableware and pre-bus tables
- Deliver and serve beverages, food, and non-food items
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
