Job Requirements

- Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/host duties, or hospitality roles enhances your candidacy
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards throughout service
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and setting up dining spaces to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and resolve any guest concerns promptly
