Job Requirements

  • At least one year of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of food service experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs and requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and delivery
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
