Job Requirements

At least one year of previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
Ability to work part-time hours
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year of food service experience in a full-service restaurant
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs and requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and delivery
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
