Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
- Availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods
- Flexible schedule to accommodate peak dining times
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food service experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math skills for processing payments
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Process guest payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately
