We are seeking a friendly, attentive Food Server to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of food and beverage service. The ideal candidate will be familiar with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, and have experience in fine dining or vibrant nightlife environments. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks with high standards of presentation, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. This position offers a lively working environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of our service and the happiness of our guests. Job Requirements

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist with bussing tables, refilling supplies, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
  • Engage with guests to foster guest relations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage time effectively during busy service hours to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
  • Support other restaurant operations including host/hostess duties or food preparation when required
