Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality
- familiarity with POS systems
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform basic math for cashiering

- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to enhance guest experience
- Prior experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Job Duties
- The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage service, and familiarity with POS systems

- The position involves serving guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, refilling supplies, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Engage with guests to foster guest relations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage time effectively during busy service hours to deliver prompt service without compromising quality
- Support other restaurant operations including host/hostess duties or food preparation when required
