We are currently seeking energetic and professional Servers to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to maintaining the excellent guest experience that defines Hachiroku Shokudo & Sake Bar. Servers at our establishment act as ambassadors of hospitality, greeting and seating guests with warmth and attentiveness, providing detailed knowledge about our food and drink offerings, and managing the flow of the dining room efficiently. The role requires a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and beverages, with a special emphasis on sake, whisky, and other traditional Japanese spirits. Servers will be responsible for accurately taking orders, assisting in the smooth operation of the dining environment by bussing tables, resetting spaces, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Additionally, the position includes educating guests on the characteristics and stories behind the beverages they are enjoying, thereby enriching their dining experience.

This full-time, in-person position offers a competitive starting wage of $7.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance we place on rewarding excellent service. Servers will be part of a close-knit team working together in a dynamic environment where there are plenty of opportunities to expand knowledge about Japanese culinary arts and sake.
