Servers at St. Paul's Towers are expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, knowledge of menu offerings, and safety, ensuring the dining room remains a pleasant and safe space for all.

This role is essential in upholding the community's commitment to quality dining experiences. The position requires flexibility to assist with special events, step in for absent staff, and adhere strictly to health and safety protocols. Our Servers embody the community spirit by providing attentive, respectful service that enhances residents' overall satisfaction and quality of life.

The pay range for this position is $22.57 to $23.50 per hour, reflecting our dedication to fair compensation based on experience and qualifications. This employment opportunity also emphasizes equal opportunity and inclusivity, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds to join our team. As part of the hiring process, successful candidates must complete a pre-employment physical, physical abilities test, drug screening, and a criminal background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.
