Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old at Cafe Bellini and at least 21 years old at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse
  • Alcohol Awareness required for Food Servers at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse
  • Minimum 1 year food serving experience is preferred
  • Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Able to communicate clearly with guests in English

Job Duties

  • Sincerely greet each guest at their table within 3 minutes
  • Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal
  • Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
  • Understand the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner
  • Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal
  • Complete all shift side work requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet
  • Adhere to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
