Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old at Cafe Bellini and at least 21 years old at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse
- Alcohol Awareness required for Food Servers at Pancho & Willie’s and The Steakhouse
- Minimum 1 year food serving experience is preferred
- Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds
- Able to communicate clearly with guests in English

Job Duties
- Sincerely greet each guest at their table within 3 minutes
- Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal
- Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
- Understand the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner
- Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal
- Complete all shift side work requirements
- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet
- Adhere to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
