Maintaining a neat and comfortable environment is a continuous responsibility throughout your shift, which includes completing all required side work and ensuring adequate levels of supplies for smooth service operations. This also involves refilling beverages regularly and adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
This employment opportunity is available at multiple locations within the group, with age requirements varying by venue - 18 years or older for Cafe Bellini and 21 years or older for Pancho & Willie's and The Steakhouse. For venues serving alcohol, Alcohol Awareness certification is required. Previous food serving experience is preferred but not mandatory, and you must be capable of lifting and balancing food trays weighing up to 25 pounds. The ability to communicate effectively in English is crucial to ensure clear interaction with guests. Job Duties
- Sincerely greet each guest at their table within 3 minutes
- Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest’s meal
- Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees
- Understand the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner
- Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal
- Complete all shift side work requirements
- Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet
- Adhere to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols
