Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming racing license
willing to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and nights
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
able to maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
fine dining experience preferably in a high-volume casino steakhouse is preferred
knowledge of wines alcohol and basic food knowledge is preferred
6 months prior work experience is preferred
able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming racing license

Job Duties

Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning orders in a timely manner
ensures dining area is clean and orderly at all times
responsible to perform responsible alcohol service with regards to patron limitations and pass all responsible alcohol service training if needed
guest banking all dining room checks
cleans and polishes tableware of spots and pre-busses
delivers and dispenses items ordered by guests serving beverages food and non-food items
ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
