Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Fine dining experience, preferably in a high-volume casino steakhouse
Knowledge of wines, alcohol and basic food knowledge
6 months prior work experience
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Job Duties

Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning orders in a timely manner
Ensures dining area is clean and orderly at all times
Responsible to perform "responsible alcohol service" with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training if needed
Guest banking all dining room checks
Cleans and polishes tableware of spots and pre-busses
Delivers and dispenses items ordered by guests, serves beverages, food and non-food items
Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
