Job Requirements

at least one year of previous serving experience in a full service restaurant
ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year food service experience in a full-service restaurant
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
basic math skills for handling payments
flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items
serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
