Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards and timing
- Set up dining areas with appropriate table settings and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station throughout service
- Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and modifications
- Clear tables, reset places, and maintain a clean dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
