Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift duration

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
  • Serve food and beverages according to established standards and timing
  • Set up dining areas with appropriate table settings and condiments
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned station throughout service
  • Process guest payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
  • Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and modifications
  • Clear tables, reset places, and maintain a clean dining environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
