Job Requirements
- Ability to perform all sanitation tasks efficiently
- Experience in cleaning dining rooms and kitchen areas
- Knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with food safety and temperature control standards
- Physically able to lift and move utensils and cleaning equipment
- Available to work flexible hours including meal periods
- Commitment to professional conduct and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or food service sanitation preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Capability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Perform all sanitation tasks
- Clean dining rooms including tables, chairs, trays, and restock condiments
- Perform dishwashing duties including setup and teardown of dishwasher, unloading busser carts, pre-scraping and stacking dishes, and ensuring dish cleanliness
- Perform line serving duties including temperature checks, maintaining cleanliness, product replenishment, and line maintenance
- Restock fruits, salads, milks, juices prior to and during meal periods
- Manage kitchen area sanitation including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and deep cleaning kitchen equipment
- Perform pots and pans duties including maintaining proper temperatures for washing, rinsing, and sanitation and proper drying and racking
- Maintain sanitation of washing areas and storage racks
- Maintain outdoor areas including back dock cleaning, safety of customer entrances, waste removal, and arrangement of storage items
- Demonstrate professional conduct per company policy
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
