Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical lab or food manufacturing quality environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn internal systems
- Availability to work 3rd shift and flex hours as needed

- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field preferred
- Availability to work 3rd shift and flex hours as needed
Job Duties
- Conduct analytical testing, physical audits, verifications, and administrative duties to support FSQ programs
- Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation compliance through daily and monthly audits
- Verify HACCP program records and support plant activities related to Food Safety and Regulatory Assessments (FSRA)
- Collaborate with operations and Quality teams on issue resolution, decision making, and risk assessments
- Manage product hold orders and support the plant's sensory evaluation program
- Provide training on food safety, sanitation, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
- Serve as the primary back-up to the flour lab technician to ensure flour quality and specification compliance
