Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred
- ability to work full-time and flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- capacity to handle fast-paced environment
- willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties
- Engage with guests to create a memorable in room/dining experience
- work with the food & beverage team to ensure quality, presentation, timeliness, and efficiency of service
- resolve guest issues autonomously when required
- collaborate with bartenders, servers, hosts, and managers to support team members
- anticipate guests' needs and take initiative to ensure their satisfaction
- lead operations when empowered and address guest feedback
