Job Requirements

Must be 16 or older
experience in a food service role is a plus
knowledge of various food-service styles is a plus
exceptional interpersonal communication skills
ability to maintain composure under pressure and remain calm and courteous in difficult situations
required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business demands
ability to work flexible hours as required

Job Duties

Champion lateral service
learn continuously
own the individual guest experience
set the next shift up for success
deliver perfectly clean tables and floors
support service team by pre bussing, bussing, stocking, running food and beverages
assist in cleanliness and organization of dining room, bathrooms, and service areas
