Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service or customer service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to memorize floor layout and seat numbers
- ability to work well in a team environment
- must be able to work in a fast-paced setting
- ability to perform light cleaning duties

Job Duties
- Run food to guest's table
- pre-buss tables "full hands in full hands out"
- ability to memorize seat numbers and pivot points
- ability to memorize the floor chart
- respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- interact with guests professionally
- light cleaning
- restroom checks
- run the window with minimal or no supervision
- have superior knowledge of menu items to ensure quality checks throughout the shift
