- Must have valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous bussing experience at fine dining establishment preferred

Job Duties
- Servicing all guests in the dining room in every way possible, ensuring the best possible experience in hopes that they will return
- To comply with attendance and punctuality standards
- To comply with uniform standards
- To have complete understanding of bussing standards
- To have a complete understanding of the menu
- To deliver food and beverage accurately to guest and in a timely manner
- Needs to be able and willing to learn to utilize table numbers and seat numbers to deliver food
- Be friendly and helpful with all guests, use surnames whenever possible
- To comply with food handling standards
- Communicate to guests whenever needed
- Able to (after being trained) explain food to guests when serving
- Able to communicate to bartenders and Kitchen Team
- Willing to learn basic knowledge about food preferences and allergies
- Team player who wants to be the best
- To complete all assigned duties before checking out and clocking out
- Inspecting and manicuring one's station in the pool bar to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
- Station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
