Must have valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Previous bussing experience at fine dining establishment preferred
Great customer service skills required

Job Duties

Servicing all guests in the dining room in every way possible, ensuring the best possible experience in hopes that they will return
To comply with attendance and punctuality standards
To comply with uniform standards
To have complete understanding of bussing standards
To have a complete understanding of the menu
To deliver food and beverage accurately to guest and in a timely manner
Needs to be able and willing to learn to utilize table numbers and seat numbers to deliver food
Be friendly and helpful with all guests, use surnames whenever possible
To comply with food handling standards
Communicate to guests whenever needed
Able to (after being trained) explain food to guests when serving
Able to communicate to bartenders and Kitchen Team
Willing to learn basic knowledge about food preferences and allergies
Team player who wants to be the best
To complete all assigned duties before checking out and clocking out
Inspecting and manicuring one's station in the pool bar to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
Station set-up and breakdown/side-work
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
