The Food Runner/Busser position is a non-exempt role based within Eddie Merlot’s division. The role pays a salary commensurate with experience and offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment suitable for individuals who thrive on teamwork and guest interaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude, with an ability to maintain focus and energy throughout their shift. Key responsibilities include setting up and breaking down expo stations, assisting servers with delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently to create a welcoming environment for each guest.

Job Requirements
- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food running or bussing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Ability to set up/breakdown and continual maintenance of expo stations
- Assist servers in properly serving food and beverages
- Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
