- ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to California laws
- one year's related culinary or food service work experience
- must be sanitation certified

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- maintain all food and beverage products and supplies
- clear and set tables in designated station
- familiarize with service standards for table setups, beverage service, and pre-busing
- clean restaurant floors, carpet, and service stations
- monitor cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor
- leave money or guest checks on tables
- perform customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
- communicate with host about seating needs and guest service issues
- clean and reset tables following procedures and sanitation guidelines
- restock and maintain food and beverage items and supplies
- provide outstanding customer and employee service
- comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules
- perform all duties in a safe and careful manner
- assist food servers
- attend periodic meetings and training
- maintain a neat and clean appearance
- perform other assigned duties
