  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to California laws
  • one year's related culinary or food service work experience
  • must be sanitation certified

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverages in accordance with company standards
  • maintain all food and beverage products and supplies
  • clear and set tables in designated station
  • familiarize with service standards for table setups, beverage service, and pre-busing
  • clean restaurant floors, carpet, and service stations
  • monitor cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor
  • leave money or guest checks on tables
  • perform customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
  • communicate with host about seating needs and guest service issues
  • clean and reset tables following procedures and sanitation guidelines
  • restock and maintain food and beverage items and supplies
  • provide outstanding customer and employee service
  • comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules
  • perform all duties in a safe and careful manner
  • assist food servers
  • attend periodic meetings and training
  • maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • perform other assigned duties
