Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior labor-intensive work experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear
- Occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds and push or pull approximately 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior labor-intensive work experience preferred
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Must be fluent in English
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely service
- Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked
- Keep all tables cleaned and properly set according to property specific standards
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dish room area according to established standards
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving any guest requests
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist
