The role of an Experienced Back Server at Society Swan is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a vibrant, dynamic hospitality setting. Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor
- Reset the table quickly for the next guest

- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Communicate with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service
- Be available to work weekends and some holidays and fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
