Responsibilities include promptly resetting tables by clearing and cleaning dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor to prepare for the next guest. The role demands calmness under pressure, adaptability to handle spontaneous requests, and reliability with availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
