Working in this role requires adaptability and efficiency, as the job demands working independently while effectively completing assigned tasks. You will also engage in cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Being punctual and consistent in work ethic are essential, as this role often involves long periods of activity across diverse parts of the stadium and campus grounds. Physical fitness is important, as tasks may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and moving equipment efficiently during the event.

Proof of the Pudding values strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The company fosters a positive work environment emphasizing core competencies such as business acumen, dedication, ethics and integrity, safety and security, teamwork, communication, initiative, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
