Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Food service experience desired
- Must have basic knowledge of all recipes and menu specifications
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency and accuracy
- Must complete training or certification required by the position
- Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow all policies and procedures including attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders

Job Duties
- Ensure each plate is prepared according to the menu description and take notice of any ticket customizations
- Ensure food is delivered to the correct table and each guest receives the correct order
- Assist servers and culinary team to ensure guests have an excellent dining experience
- Communicate clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging guests and team members
- Organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Ensure quality standards are followed
- Abide by all health department and Steritech food safety requirements
