Job Duties
- Ensure that Jonas' food tickets and request of all items are timely and accurate
- Obtain and distribute all requested supplies as needed
- Maintain proper and clean uniform and appearance
- Maintain knowledge of proper food serving etiquette
- Ability to carry multiple hot plates of food with or without food trays from the kitchen to guests
- Stay consistent with menu changes and knowledge of all food dishes
- Maintain working knowledge of associated condiments to all food dishes
- Keep stations stocked with polished silverware and plates
- Preset all tables with silverware (roll-ups) and appetizer plates
- Wrap food to go by customer request
- Clear tables of empty plates and glasses using proper cleaning products
- Maintain clean workstations
- Other duties as assigned
