We are currently hiring Food Runners who are enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated to providing excellent hospitality. As a Food Runner at Chili's, you play an integral role in enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for delivering food promptly and efficiently, pre-bussing tables, and ensuring that guests receive customized and hospitable service during their visit. Job Requirements

Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
good communication skills
high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Great attitude and approach to guests and team members
ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
capable of providing a customized experience for every guest
prior food runner or hospitality experience is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest
improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
