Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
excellent communication skills
customer service orientation
willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

ability to lift and carry trays or bus tubs up to 30 lbs
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match the ticket before leaving the kitchen
communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding orders
describe dishes to guests when delivering plates if needed
assist servers in ensuring tables have everything needed for their meals
clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patios, and service stations
assist with water service and refilling beverages when needed
keep service areas stocked with glassware, silverware, and supplies
support servers and bartenders to maintain smooth service
maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers
follow all food safety and sanitation standards
help maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times
assist with opening and closing side work as assigned
