This position involves the timely delivery of banquet food across various areas of the hotel and entails managing the set-up, delivery, and organization of essential service equipment such as china, silverware, glassware, and other serving tools. Working as part of the Stewarding team, Food Runners support the culinary and banquet teams by maintaining clear communication and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight frequently throughout the shift. Flexibility in work schedule is essential, as shifts may occur any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, within the hours of 5:00 am to 12:00 am.
This position is compensated at an hourly rate of $22.6838, with opportunities for pay increases at the six-month and one-year marks.
