Job Requirements
- Must be enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality
- Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules
- Must be able to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to pre-buss and assist servers efficiently
- Good interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Great attitude and approach to guests and team members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Provide a customized experience for every guest
- Prior experience in food service is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest
- Improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
- Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
