The current role involves executing table maintenance duties in line with Live Nation’s service standards. This includes performing opening, running, and closing tasks efficiently while responding to guest inquiries courteously. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by continuously monitoring the atmosphere and ensuring floors remain free of debris and hazards. Responsibilities include promptly cleaning spills, managing trash and recycling, keeping service lines stocked, staying informed about menu items, and following private party service guidelines to enhance event success. The incumbent will also assist other employees when required and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Occasionally, working special events across the venue is expected, which offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Job Duties

  • Perform table maintenance duties according to Live Nation service standards
  • Perform opening, running, closing duties according to Live Nation service standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
  • Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
  • Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
  • Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  • Clean and stock line to par throughout shift
  • Keep current on all standard operating procedures
  • Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
  • Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow all safety standards
  • Occasionally work special events that are scheduled throughout the venue
