Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Possession of or ability to obtain all state required work cards
- Minimum one year related experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred

- Familiarity with OpenTable system
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
- Strong guest relations skills
- Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
- Knowledge of safe alcohol service
- Experience with full-service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers rapidly and accurately
- Act as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Assist waiters and servers as needed
- Maintain a steady flow of items from the kitchen to dining tables and to the dishwasher
- Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to coordinate service
- Stay organized to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
- Speak up assertively to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
