Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- effective communication skills in english
- ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties
- ensure communication in the kitchen between the front of house and back of house teams by calling out orders getting the status on dishes and calling the waitstaff to serve completed dishes
- ensure that all orders are completed accurately in time and with the correct priority
- perform the finishing touches to completed dishes such as adding garnishes and removing smudges
- assist servers bartenders and guests in the dining experience taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner
- relate with guests about needs satisfaction with the beverage and drinks ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
- operate maintain and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
- ensure that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy organized and well stocked at all times
- ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards eg proper temperature
- check in with guests upon delivery of dishes and ensure they have everything they need as needed
