Job Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a tray for distances up to fifty yards
Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in fast-paced, high volume settings
Physical dexterity to carry a tray
Ability to maneuver in tight, confined areas
Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift continuously
Ability to pre-bus, clear and clean tables without help of busser
Willingness to work in areas with excessive noise, secondhand smoke, fluctuating temperatures and business levels
Employees may be required to obtain Missouri Gaming Commission license
Initial license fee paid through payroll deduction

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in front of house in the hospitality field
Knowledge of menu items and food service standards
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Physical dexterity and mobility required for the role
Proven customer service orientation

Job Duties

Prepare and check plate presentation for accuracy and ticket times
Interact with guests and have knowledge of all menu items
Communicate salad bar needs to the kitchen and address other food issues
Perform opening and closing side duties
Maintain assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
Carry large heavy objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Work during Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings typically
