Known as the place to be in Laredo, the club prides itself on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for its close-knit family of members and staff. This prestigious country club stands out in South Texas for its commitment to excellence, serving as a second home for its members, where traditions and community values thrive alongside luxury amenities. This position invites energetic individuals passionate about fast-paced environments and working collaboratively on high-performing teams, where delivering exceptional dining experiences is paramount.

In the Food Runner role, employees are tasked with ensuring that every dish reaches members beautifully, accurately, and timely, all while maintaining the warm, professional tone that defines the club's reputation. This position requires a minimum of two years relevant experience in restaurant or dining service, deep knowledge of the menu, and an ability to articulate dish details with confidence. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential to effectively serve the club's diverse membership base. Certified in food handling and TABC with legal clearance to serve alcoholic beverages, Food Runners must also meet physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working efficiently in warm, busy environments.

The club offers a competitive rate along with a tiered performance bonus system, paid vacation with rollover options, sick and personal time off, and provides uniforms for its staff. This supportive environment encourages growth and values the essential role that Food Runners play in delivering exceptional member experiences. Joining the team at Paloma Restaurant means becoming part of a respected institution focused on hospitality excellence and community values, making this a fulfilling career opportunity for motivated service professionals.
