Known for its dominant presence in key U.S. gateway markets such as New York, Boston, Miami, San Francisco, and Honolulu, Highgate also has a rapidly expanding footprint across Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. With a portfolio of global properties valued at over $20 billion and generating more than $5 billion in cumulative revenues, Highgate offers comprehensive services through all stages of the hospitality property cycle. These stages include planning and development, recapitalization, and disposition, ensuring optimal asset value and performance. The company excels in creating bespoke hotel brands and employs industry-leading proprietary revenue management tools that predict and respond to market dynamics. Highgate's executive team comprises some of the most experienced leaders in hotel management, making it a trusted partner for top ownership groups and major hotel brands. The company maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle, providing a global yet locally responsive approach to hospitality management.

Within the Highgate Hotels portfolio, TradeWinds Island Resorts stands out as a tropical beachfront paradise located on the soft white sands of St. Pete Beach. TradeWinds Island Resorts features two destination resorts connected physically and by spirit, offering guests everything from delicious dining experiences, lively beachfront bars, relaxing comforts, to a myriad of activities suitable for families, couples, and groups. TradeWinds is a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace, recognized for its commitment to creating an excellent environment not only for guests but also for its employees.

The Food Runner role at TradeWinds Island Resorts offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and interested in gaining experience in the restaurant industry. This hourly position is designed for those who want to contribute directly to the guests' dining experiences by assisting servers and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout operating hours. Responsibilities also include setting tables, serving food and beverages, clearing used dishes, answering guest inquiries about menu items and ingredients, and ensuring safety standards in food service are met. Candidates will need physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy trays, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The position provides a wonderful opportunity to develop multitasking abilities, oral communication skills, and an understanding of hygiene and food safety rules in a dynamic resort setting.
