Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40-50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture)
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
  • Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas)
  • Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely
  • Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
  • Ability to learn menu items and service procedures
  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties

  • Exude energy and enthusiasm as you deliver food orders to our guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of food delivery and exceptional guest experience
  • Provide attentive and friendly service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workstation and dining area
