Job Description

The role being offered is that of a dedicated Restaurant Busser. This position is vital in supporting the servers and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area. As a busser, you will be promptly clearing and resetting tables, removing dirty stock to the dish area, and handling soiled linens by transferring them to the designated areas or the Housekeeping Department for laundering. Maintaining well-stocked service stations throughout your shift is also an essential duty, ensuring that all supplies are readily available to facilitate seamless restaurant operations. You will take responsibility for the coffee-to-go station in the lobby, keeping it stocked, replenished, and tidy at all times. Additionally, assisting servers with pre-bussing tables and the delivery of food orders will be part of your daily tasks, as well as participating in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

Job Duties

Promptly clear and reset used tables
Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays
Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering
Stock and maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift
Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed
Keep area picked up and clear
Promptly assist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders
Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant
