Over the decades, Chili's has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent service, warm hospitality, and a commitment to giving back to communities. This longstanding tradition of culinary excellence and guest satisfaction makes Chili's a preferred dining destination for a diverse range of customers looking for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Located at 426 S Telshor Blvd, Las Cruces, NM, this Chili's branch operates with the same dedication to quality and guest experience as the original establishment. The responsibilities of the Food Runner role include providing hospitable and customized service to guests, improving the guest experience by attentive interaction, and ensuring tables are kept clean and orderly through diligent bussing duties. Food Runners work closely with servers and other team members to guarantee guest satisfaction, making this a collaborative and dynamic role within the restaurant team.

This role not only requires a positive and outgoing personality but also demands the ability to think and act quickly in a busy, high-volume kitchen and dining setting. Candidates who are energetic, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to contribute to a positive guest experience will find this role rewarding and engaging.

Chili's commitment to its employees includes a friendly team culture, opportunities for career advancement, and flexible working arrangements that can accommodate both weekday and weekend shifts.
