Il Cervo, located in Milwaukee's historic Deer District, will open in the Spring of 2023 on top of The Trade, a premier luxury hotel in Milwaukee. This high-end Italian restaurant will offer hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, dry-aged steaks, and an extensive Italian wine list.
