The role of the Concession Runner is integral to the smooth operation of concession stands during games and events. This position involves working closely with cashiers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders from the concession stands directly to guests. The Concession Runner maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times, bringing a can-do attitude and a sense of urgency appropriate for a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include assisting cashiers in completing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in concession areas, and helping with the stocking and unstocking of supplies at the beginning and end of shifts. Moreover, the Concession Runner must follow job procedures and supervisor instructions diligently while showing initiative and independent action when necessary. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours that often encompass evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the events supported by Legends Global.
