The Food Runner role at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is a vital part of the guest experience within its busy, fast-paced dining environment. Offered at an hourly rate of $15.15 plus tips, this role is designed for individuals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The Food Runner acts as an essential link between the kitchen and guests, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately. This position also supports restaurant waitstaff by helping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area throughout the guests’ visit.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (approximately 25 pounds). Candidates should have the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, mostly outdoors. The position demands attentiveness, speed, and efficiency, guaranteeing guests receive an outstanding dining experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid AZ Food Handlers License
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights (approx 25lbs)
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
