Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work indoors or outdoors
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to remain pleasant, courteous, and cooperative
- Physically able to climb stairs and walk on uneven surfaces occasionally
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility with working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Food Handler’s card
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver food promptly and accurately by table and seat number
- Work closely with expo and kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area
- Pre-bus tables and assist servers in table preparation
- Restock necessary items in the expo fridge and service areas
- Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding guest needs and food orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and complaints courteously
