The Food Runner position is a vital component of the front-of-house team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good physical stamina to carry trays and clear tables
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Willingness to follow food safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

Job Duties
- Maintain clean service areas including dining and theatres
- Coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff for timely delivery
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Meet special guest requests while maintaining high-quality service
- Welcome and greet guests to create a comfortable environment
- Perform side work at the beginning and end of shifts as assigned
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Assist in smooth operation by filling in as needed
- Place dirty dishes and utensils properly in bus carts and maintain cleanliness
