Job Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to effectively communicate with team and guests
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail in cleanliness and order maintenance

Job Duties
- Maintain clean service areas
- Coordinate food orders with kitchen and server staff for timely delivery
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Meet special guest requests with high-quality standards
- Welcome and greet guests making them feel comfortable
- Perform side work at start and end of shifts
- Clear and reset tables
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Place dirty dishes and utensils in bus carts and maintain cart supplies
