The company prides itself on fostering a vibrant workplace culture that embraces individuality, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset, making it an excellent place for those seeking a dynamic and rewarding career.

Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this venue operates as a vibrant entertainment hub and social gathering place where guests enjoy interactive golf games alongside food, drinks, and live entertainment. The company is known for its commitment to employee well-being through competitive pay, inclusive benefits, and a supportive environment focused on career growth from within. The opportunity currently available is for hourly team members to join as Service Support Playmakers, contributing to the venue operations in a variety of engaging roles that focus on customer service and teamwork.

The role of Service Support Playmaker is designed for individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for players by delivering excellent customer service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The position requires physical stamina as it involves moving items up to 50 pounds, being on your feet throughout the shift, and adapting to a variety of active tasks. While previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, it is not a must, as Topgolf welcomes enthusiastic individuals ready to learn and grow.

Employment at Topgolf is available both part-time and full-time with flexibility in day, night, and weekend shifts to accommodate different schedules. The pay range for this role starts at $12.50 per hour, and certain positions are eligible for tips. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package for qualifying employees, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with a company match; a free mental well-being platform; and additional perks such as free gameplay, discounted food and retail items, and weekly meals. Topgolf values diversity, inclusivity, and provides a respectful work environment committed to equal opportunity for all employees regardless of their legally protected characteristics.
