We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food Runners to join our dynamic team at the Crown Point Chili's location in Charlotte, NC. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and exceptional dining experience by bridging the gap between the kitchen and guests. As a Food Runner, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring timely and courteous delivery of meals and beverages, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and collaborating closely with servers and kitchen staff to enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time shifts, catering to various availability needs. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
must be able to lift moderate weights
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Great attitude and approach to guests and team members
ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
experience in food running or a related hospitality role is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to provide a customized experience for every guest

Job Duties

Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest
improve the guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc
partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
