As a Busser at these thriving restaurants, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency that underpin an exceptional guest experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables promptly, ensuring all dining areas remain clean and inviting, and supporting servers by assisting with beverage refills, food delivery, and various guest needs. Additionally, you will help maintain dishwashing duties, stocked supplies, and adhere strictly to the restaurant’s health and safety standards, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly. The Busser role also requires effective communication with both team members and guests, displaying genuine friendliness and professionalism at all times.

Working as a Busser, you will gain valuable experience in the hospitality field, develop your customer service skills, and become familiar with restaurant operations, Point of Sale (POS) software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity. These skills can serve as a foundation for future roles within the restaurant and hospitality industries. This position typically operates with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of the business.   • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 15 pounds
  • ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity

Job Qualifications

  • At least sixteen years old
  • prior experience as a busser or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not required
  • ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
  • valid Food Handlers Certification

Job Duties

  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
  • assisting in dishwashing duties, including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are available
