Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods and lifting at least 15 pounds
- ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- keen eye for cleanliness and ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
- excellent verbal communication skills
- must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- prior experience as a busser or similar role preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting and stacking
- maintaining a clean and organized work area
- regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- collaborating with serving staff by refilling beverages and delivering food orders
- assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
- following company policies and health and safety regulations
